Military Frontier Airlines - "Frederick the Bald Eagle" is the airline's first A321neo, the first GTF aircraft and the first of three special models.

The first plane was built in honor of the founder of this company, Frederick B. Frederick B. Rentschler was named "Frederick the Bald Eagle" and recognized the engine manufacturer's nearly 100-year history. The aircraft features a Pratt & Whitney bald eagle on the tail and is the first of 144 A320neo family aircraft – 134 purchased and 10 leased – for which Frontier has selected GTF engines. In the coming months, Frontier will unveil two more aircraft named after other Pratt & Whitney pioneers, each with a unique tail design.
